Beirut, the city that is known for its cosmopolitan spirit and its appreciation for different cultures, held the Nations Day Festival for three days  (April 13-15) at Zaitunay Bay.

Organized by Beirut Golden Awards and held under the patronage of Prime Minister Saad Hariri, the festival, with its colorful theme of diversity, did not fail to attract hundreds of tourists. It revealed the unique aspect of every country it represented and invited many to have a taste of the country without even having to be there.

The Romanian booth, represented by the Romanian Embassy in Lebanon and Romania Levant Association, attracted a significantly large number of visitors with its traditional handbags and clothes, kitchen utensils, trays, dolls, and various house ornaments.

Beirut, orasul cunoscut pentru spiritul sau cosmopolit si aprecierea sa pentru culturi diferite, a fost gazda Festivalului Nations Day in week-end-ul 13-15 aprilie, desfasurat la Zaytouna Bay.

Organizat de Beirut Golden Awards sub patronajul primului-ministru Saad Hariri, festivalul a reusit sa atraga sute de turisti. Festivalul a dezvaluit aspectul unic al fiecarei tari prezente la eveniment si i-a invitat pe vizitatori sa le cunoasca traditiile, cultura, mancarea.

Standul Romaniei, reprezentat de Ambasada Romaniei in Liban si Asociatia Romania Levant, a atras un numar semnificativ de vizitatori care au putut admira ii romanesti, oua incondeiate, martisoare si diferite obiecte din ceramica.
