Dragi prieteni,

A apărut primul număr al revistei ORIENT ROMÂNESC, revista Asociației România Levant sub egida Ministerului pentru Românii de Pretutindeni, cu sprijinul Ambasadei României din Liban și al Ambasadei României din Republica Tunisia.

Ne propunem să generăm un nou pol pe scena activităților asociației noastre, având ca scop promovarea culturii românești și dialogul intercultural în regiunea Orientului Mijlociu și Africa de Nord.

Noi, toți românii aflați în acest spațiu geografic, reprezentăm România. Este de datoria noastră să promovăm țara noastră, valorile ei si să fim deschiși dialogului intercultural. Promovarea culturii românești în acest spatiul este atât importantă, cât și necesară, pentru a se face cunoscută unicitatea si diversitatea valorilor transmise de cultura românească.

Veți găsi articole în limba română, engleză, franceză și arabă. Suntem deschiși dialogului cultural, colaborăm cu asociații românești din diaspora, cu românii de pretutindeni și cu prietenii României din străinătate.

Revista va apărea lunar pe situl propriu și pe situl asociației noastre și trimestrial în format tipărit.

Dear friends,

The first issue of ORIENT ROMANESC, the magazine of Romania Levant Association, was published under the aegis of the Ministry for the Romanians Abroad, with the support of the Romanian Embassy in Lebanon and the Romanian Embassy in the Republic of Tunisia.

We aim to generate a new pole on the stage of our association’s activities, with the aim of promoting the Romanian culture and the intercultural dialogue in the Middle East and North Africa region.

We, all Romanians in this geographical area, represent Romania. It is our duty to promote our country, its values ​​and to be open to intercultural dialogue. The promotion of the Romanian culture in this space is both important and necessary, in order to let the people discover the uniqueness and diversity of the values ​​transmitted by the Romanian culture.

You will find articles in Romanian, English, French and Arabic. We are open to cultural dialogue, we collaborate with Romanian associations from the diaspora, with Romanians from all over the world and with friends of Romania.

The magazine will appear monthly on its own website and on our association’s website and quarterly in printed format.
