On the occasion of the 166th anniversary since the birth of Mihai Eminescu, the national poet of Romania, the children of Romania Levant Association have celebrated on January 15th this festive cultural day. Poems, quotes, sayings and creative literature were read by the children who made the research and, for some more advanced, who read their composition.

The event also featured three key speakers: Mrs Minodora Fares and Izabela Ivan from the Romanian community and Consul Mr. Madalin Iamandei. Each of these authors read from their own mesmerizing creations delighting the audience in happiness and sorrow, love and pain. Mrs Laura Mircea, Minister Counselor at the Romanian embassy has greeted us with her presence.
